These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hawkify.ai (the “Site”), operated by Hawkify, LLC (“Hawkify,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What this site is

This Site describes what Hawkify does, who we work with, and how to book a Free Workflow Audit. The Site is informational. Nothing on it is a commitment to provide services, a binding offer, or professional advice. Becoming a Hawkify customer involves a separate signed engagement agreement, which governs the work itself.

Using the site

You may read, share, and link to this Site freely. We ask that you don't:

• Use the Site in a way that breaks the law
• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site or its content without written permission
• Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to disrupt the Site's infrastructure
• Submit information about other people to our forms without their permission
• Use the Site to impersonate another person or company

Intellectual property

The content on this Site (articles, design, logos, customer story write-ups, the Hawkify name and mark) belongs to Hawkify or our licensors. You may quote short excerpts of our blog posts with attribution and a link back to the original. For anything beyond that, ask first.

Case studies, ROI numbers, and customer stories on this Site describe real engagements but are not guarantees. Your operation, your team, and your stack are different. The outcomes we cite are typical for the customers described, not promises for any future engagement.

Any specific commitment we make to you (scope, timeline, ROI target, refund or rework clause) is captured in a written engagement agreement, not on this Site.

No professional advice

Nothing on this Site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, employment, or other professional advice. The blog posts express our opinions and observations about staffing operations and AI implementation. They're a starting point for your own thinking, not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or current. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hawkify and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Limitations on liability for actual customer engagements are addressed in the engagement agreement, not here.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Hawkify harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights through your use of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the business or the law evolves. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hawkify, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in that state, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
